Clayton Swart is the Sales Director, Travel and Crew Health, specializing in trip cancellation insurance for yacht charters and luxury vacations and yacht crew insurance for individuals and groups.
Before joining MHG in 2013, Clayton started his career as a crew member working onboard yachts and later transitioned to brokerage. Given his experience and background, Clayton is highly regarded for his insurance expertise and is the industry’s trip cancellation expert.
Clayton is very involved in the yachting industry and the local business community. Clayton served on the U.S. Superyacht Association (USSA) board for over five years, is a member of the International Yacht Broker’s Association (IYBA) and is a founding member of the non-profit Young Professionals in Yachting (YPY).
Clayton practiced Latin and Ballroom Dancing from the age of 10 and danced competitively through the age of 21.
