Conor Hayes is the Sales Director, Commercial Marine specializing in marine liabilities, international tour operators, and hospitality-related businesses.
Conor possesses a wealth of both international and domestic experience, having worked as an insurance broker in the U.S., Caribbean, and U.K. Prior to joining MHG in 2016, he was the Regional Vice President of a local insurance brokerage where he developed and managed a diverse book of business comprising of both marine and non-marine clients.
A strong believer in community involvement, he is one of the founding members and current Vice President of the South Florida Irish American Chamber of Commerce (SFIACC) which promotes trade and commerce between the Irish communities in the tri-county area and with the island of Ireland.
Conor practices two different martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing.
