Making the marine industry a better place to work has always been important to us. Years ago, we noticed a disturbing mental health trend among yacht crew, so we funded research that helped launch YachtCrewHelp, a free and confidential helpline. We also worked with insurers to improve mental health coverage in our plans, ensuring crew have access to support if they need it.

Our commitment continues today. We actively support projects and resources like YachtCrewHelp, Yachtie Minds Matter, Marathon 4 Mental Health, and the Female Yacht Crew Safety Survey, among others, because we believe crew well-being is fundamental to the future of yachting.
